Early Head Start Program
Home-Based Program provides free comprehensive services to expectant families, as well as families with children birth to age 3, who meet income eligibility guidelines.
Center-Based Programs provides free comprehensive services to children enrolled in a Partner Child Care Facility and who meet income eligibility guidelines
Early Intervention Program
The Early Intervention Program services children, birth to age 3, with developmental disabilities or delays or children at risk for delays.
Wise Adult Day Health Program
Wise is a program for adults and seniors experiencing health care related issues or whose ability to function independently is limited.
