1. A federally qualified health center providing primary care to residents birth to seniors, regardless of their ability to pay--served over 4000 CY 2006
2. Healthy Communities Access Program that sent an outreach nurse and enrollment specialist out to the ruralmost areas to find, screen, and educate citizens uninsured or underinsured
Federally Qualified Health Centers
CHP operates primary care federally qualified health centers in Great Barrington and Pittsfield, MA as well as an Ob/Gyn practice in Great Barrington and a dental practice in Great Barrington
