What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
The Coalition's primary focus is the development of affordable housing. We have created 50 units of affordable housing to-date. The Coalition also undertakes various community development and improvment initiatives. In the past, the Coalition participated in a neighborhood-led clean-up of a distressed local park, participated in a Task Force on the issue of hoarding, worked on public policy initiatives such as the Community Preservation Act and most recently on a proposal to establish an inclusionary zoning ordinance in Beverly.
