Community Systems, Inc. (CSI) provides a centralized day program in Torrington that provides activities for a number of individuals with significant development disabilities. CSI also provides help to those who are actively seeking jobs to develop needed skills and supports persons who work in the community as part of its supported employment programs and community experiences to those not seeking employment.
