The CDPA Program serves elderly or people with disabilities who are in need of a personal assistance and empowers them to hire, train, and terminate their own Personal Assistants.

Advocacy and advisement is provided to help people navigate the various systems that provide benefits and support; SSI, SSDI, Medicare and Medicaid, other public assistance and health care programs.
