Mission

The 843-seat Music Hall is owned and operated by The Friends of the
Mozartina Musical Arts Conservatory, Inc, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, educational,
and cultural organization established in 1979 and managed by a volunteer Board
of Directors. The Friends of the Mozartina is committed to presenting a wide
variety of performing arts for adults and youth in the tri-state area,
advancing education, enabling local arts organizations, and creating a
destination that strengthens the economic vitaility of the region. It is also
passionate about preserving The Tarrytown Music Hall, an 1885 theater listed on
the National Register for Historic Places.

The 843-seat Music Hall is home to first class live performances and films and serves tens of thousands of people living and working in the tri-state area. Recognized as Westchester?s premier venue for children?s theater, the Music Hall also welcomes over 35,000 young people to daytime school performances and family productions. Hundreds more learn how to sing, dance, act, or play an instrument on the theater's stage.
