-Allocate a dedicated budget for commissioning new works and supporting emerging artists utilizing readily
available grant sourcing.
-Promote our programming through multiple channels, including social media, email newsletters, and
partnerships with local media outlets.
-Conduct a financial audit to identify areas of inefficiency and prioritize cost-saving initiatives.
-Create a comprehensive fundraising plan that includes donor cultivation, grant applications, and sponsorship
opportunities.
-Increase partnerships with local businesses for sponsorship and advertising opportunities.
-Expand upon the membership program with exclusive benefits to incentivize recurring support.
-Identify potential partner organizations with complementary missions and artistic offerings.
-Initiate discussions and negotiations to formalize partnership agreements.
-Collaborate on grant applications to secure funding for joint projects.
-Regularly meet with partner organizations to assess the effectiveness of collaborations and make necessary
adjustments.
-Develop a community outreach plan that includes workshops, open houses, and educational programs.
-Partner with local schools and universities to provide arts education and internship opportunities.
-Conduct surveys and focus groups to gather input on community needs and preferences.
-Publish an annual report highlighting the organization's contributions to the local economy and community
development.

Accurately tracking metrics and regularly adjusting based on successes and failures to ensure all goals are met.
Adequate staffing with clear goals who directly report on the statuses of projects regularly.

We have currently worked towards expanding programming as well as community outreach and will continue to monitor for gaps.
