We offer a variety of arts and mediums for people to enter into the arts and be part of an arts community.
Performances
We offer a variety of arts and mediums for people to enter into the arts and be part of an arts community. We offer a diverse range of performance from theater, opera, jazz, country, blue grass, contemporary, gospel and beyond
Workshops
We offer a variety of arts and mediums for people to enter into the arts and be part of an arts community. We have an extensive pottery , ceramics, glass workshop, and offer programs for youth and entry level artist to advanced techninques in a variety of mediums

What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
The Adirondacks provide a source of inspiration and opportunity for artistic expression. View is dedicated to inspiring the lives of individuals visiting or residing in this magnificent natural area. It also serves as a community center, a conference facility and a venue for special events.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
View is collaborating with other organizations to build community throughout the region to highlight the benefit of art, and culture to spur civic engagement.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
View was established in 1951 and has a long history starting as a grassroots organization and developing into the major arts and events venue in the Adirondacks. Through the support of numerous benefactors, the organization is gaining momentum to eliminate the financial barriers faced in a small rural community to have true impact.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
Within the past year the organization has cut it's debt in half and is working to eliminate all mortgage debt by 2019. With the addition of new creative staff and a business oriented Executive Director and management, the organization has created focus to see real progress in it's offerings in the fine arts, but also creating communities of artist in a variety of mediums.
