To enable students with a wide variety of disabilities to enjoy skiing ​ To provide students with a safe experience guided by well-trained instructors ​ To provide students with a variety of safe and effective adaptive equipment ​ To not allow a student's inability to pay hold them back from receiving a lesson or to hinder their experience ​ To continue to support other organizations and provide them with services and events

Youth Scholarship Program

Provides scholarships for local students who benefit from LASP activities, that have a financial need

Since 2005, LASP has hosted its Veterans Day in March. This free annual event has grown steadily and now serves between 25 and 35 disabled veterans and their significant others and family.

Veterans come and ski for the day and enjoy the camaraderie of other veterans from surrounding areas.

LASP partners with groups such as PD Ski, the Parkinson's Powder Busters, CARE for Children and ASPIRE of WNY to bring inclusive, therapeutic recreation to children, adults and young adults. Group Events are held on weekdays by appointment only. Special group rates available.
