Pinnacle Community Services

Our current programs include:
Passage House Domestic Violence Services- operates Passage House, a fifteen bed emergency shelter for survivors of domestic violence and their children; Community Advocacy Project, providing intense, trauma-informed, evidence-based advocacy for survivors; counseling and support groups for survivors and their children; 24/7 Hotline for survivors.
Youth Services-operates Casey House, Niagara County’s only emergency shelter for at-risk, runaway, and homeless youth ages 12-17; The CRIB, a transitional living program for pregnant and parenting youth ages 16-21; LEAP Transitional Services works with youth ages 16-21 assisting them in leaning skills to becomes strong, independent adults; a 24/7 Hotline for youth.
Parenting Services-includes two sub-programs- Healthy Families Niagara (HFN) and the Parent Empowerment Program (PEP). HFN is a home-based parenting service designed to help parents in Niagara and Orleans counties in meeting the challenges of parenting young children and to ensure healthy child development. PEP provides services to parents referred by the Niagara County Department of Social Services, as well as facilitating parenting classes in the community and Niagara County Jail. Both programs utilize evidence-based curriculum with parents.
CORE Program- works with adults and children with mental health or chronic medical conditions, collaboratively working with individuals and other community service providers to help individuals navigate, learn about services, and get connected to services they need to live in the community successfully.
