What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
Goal 1: To enhance current service quality across the organization to ensure we meet the unified mission requirement as a center of excellence using evidence based innovative best practices.
Goal 2: Create the infrastructure and processes to routinely plan and create comprehensive, seamless, and integrated responses (from primary prevention to crisis response) to pressing social needs in the community.
Goal 3: Develop integrated marketing/branding across the entire organization to support increased private fundraising, business development, and grant writing success.
Goal 4: Create the infrastructure and capacity for an integrated, reliable IT/MIS systems across the organization.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
Preferred Behavioral Health Group (PBHG) will adopt pillars of excellence as the foundation for our vision of becoming a center of excellence that focuses on innovative wellness through compassionate care.
The pillars—Quality, Service, People, Finance, and Growth/Community—will be a visible testament to our commitment in making Preferred Behavioral Health Group and its affiliates the best behavioral health care system in New Jersey by achieving excellence in these areas.
