Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
We work to increase awareness of and adoptions from Dothan Animal Shelter. We conduct offsite adoptions at PetSmart every weekend and other offsite locations as available. In addition, we have networked with shelters in Florida, Georgia, New York and Wisconsin who regaularly intake animals from our city shelter. Save A Pet funds these life-saving transports and all our operations solely through generous donor support.
