iLEAP
leadership for good
Programs and results
What we aim to solve
iLEAP designs and delivers transformational education experiences that can be customized to both distance and in-person learning environments. The distance education programs are administered through our Global Leadership Academy and in-person education program through our partnership with Western Washington University. We are experienced with conducting programs as short as one week and as long as eight months; most commonly, programs are one to three weeks in length.
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Global Leadership
Global Leadership is designed to introduce participants to leadership practices and inspire greater clarity in their lives. The integrated curriculum balances classroom learning with a professional group project and different site visits to Seattle-based businesses and organizations pursuing social good. Program participants also take part in individual advising and coaching sessions which serve to weave the experience together and make it uniquely relevant to his or her life. Global Leadership is offered as a 10 day, two week or three week program throughout the year.
