THE STATE OF PENNSYLVANIA HAS DETERMINED THAT ALL LAWN MAINTENANCE SERVICES PROVIDED UNDER A REST AREA CONTRACT MUST BE PERFORMED BY BLIND OR DISABLED PERSONNEL. THE LABOR IS PERFORMED BY CBD AND BILLED TO KEYSTONE BLIND ASSOC. FOR CONTRACTS WITH THE STATE OF PENNSYLVANIA. 16 INDIVIDUALS WERE EMPLOYED DURING 2022, INCLUDING 10 who were DISABLED.

THESE POSITIONS ARE PHOTO LICENSE TECHNICIAN DUTIES AT SELECT PENNSYLVANIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION LICENSING CENTERS. A TOTAL OF 21 INDIVIDUALS WERE EMPLOYED DURING 2022, INCLUDING 21 WHO WERE DISABLED.
