What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
Our goal is to provide affordable, quality primary medical and dental care to the underserved of Augusta, Georgia and the surrounding communities.
Our services include primary health and dental care, pediatrics, women's health, and integrated behavioral health.
Our physicians and providers are board-certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Pediatrics. Family Dentistry and Women's Health.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
1) Expand our capacity by opening additional clinics
2) Add additional medical providers and support staff.
3) Add additional dental providers and support staff.
4) Partner with local agencies to provide comprehensive care to the underserved.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
Our provider staff includes 9 physicians, 3 dentists, 3 physician assistants and 5 nurse practitioners. We operate 2 full-service primary care clinics.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
Since opening in November 2007, our capacity has grown steadily. The types of services we provide has also expanded significantly. Our goal is to provide as many services for our patients in-house as possible.
