In 2023, The Conference was in person again with many high-quality abstracts submitted and after scientific review, several awards were given to the top trainees. The AAI undergraduate award was given to the five best undergraduate abstracts certificate and 150, The AAI young investigator award was given to the top abstracts in the 21 workshops certificate and 225 each, and the National Multiple Schlerosis Society NMSS travel award was given to the top five abstracts focused on neuroscience and autoimmunity certifcate and 800 each . Wallace diversity award to 7 trainees certificate 200 each and hotel stay
