The Second Mile Center is a small, faith based, non-profit organization providing jobs, job training, life skill training and character to inner city poor who are challenged by additions, lack of education, criminal backgrounds. During 2023 there were 15 adults who participated in the programs.

The hiring and training of the targeted group described in III #1. Our main expense is wages and related cost of giving them employment and the opportunity to get back on their feet. Those expenses are their wages, taxes, insurance and related benefits (total all expenses $454,250.94). Wages and benefits paid to the Director and Business Manager are not included in the program expenses recorded at the top of this section.
