What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

NHA has 2 subsidiaries: Neighborhood Visiting Nurse Association (NVNA) provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative services (PT,OT,ST) and hospice services. We see prenatal, post partum, adult and pediatric patients of all ages. Neighborhood League Health Services (NLHS): Private duty and companion service not covered by insurance. These are private pay clients for the most part. We provide nursing assistants who provide personal care and light housekeeping as well as companion services. SeniorHealth Link is a part of this arm, providing assessment and health maintenance services to the elderly in their own homes. We provide outreach and wellness programs through this arm.
