CPM PROVIDES FULL SERVICE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT THROUGHOUT THE MID-ATLANTIC REGION, MANAGING MORE THAN 4,000 AFFORDABLE APARTMENTS. AS PART OF THIS WORK CPM OVERSEES MARKETING, LEASING, COMPLIANCE, AND OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT. ADDITIONALLY, CPM'S RESIDENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT PROVIDES A CRUCIAL LINK BETWEEN ITS RESIDENTS AND COMMUNITIES AND A VARIETY OF PUBLIC AND PRIVATE RESOURCES THAT IMPROVE RESIDENT'S QUALITY OF LIFE AND ENSURE THEIR NEEDS, RELATED TO HEALTH,EDUCATION, EMPLOYMENT AND MORE, ARE BEING MET. CPM IS ALSO A LEADER IN THE FIELD OF GREEN CONSTRUCTION.
