INK - Crises Access Link Model

Our Children's Mobile Crises Team provides in-home behavioral health support to children and their new foster families after placement. We offer education about trauma, perform care assessments, devise wellness plans, and coordinate care. This Helps to create a stable environment, foster familial relationships, and support emotional safety for children.
