Mission
Crossing Limits is an interfaith literary organization established in 1998 to promote sustainable solidarity amongst varying faith and cultural traditions. Our mission is centered upon celebrating and utilizing poetry as a sacred tool to nurture spiritual communities that are dedicated to unity and social justice. We believe that the world is profoundly shaped by two things — stories told and the memories they leave behind.

Common Threads: Faith, Activism, and the Art of Healing
“Common Threads: Faith, Activism, and the Art of Healing”, a Pittsburgh-based art exhibit which will examine the political, social, cultural, and aesthetic priorities of women of varying faith traditions. The project will highlight the experiences of underrepresented communities in an effort to reorient conversations around race, spirituality, social injustice and womanhood.
