There are a combination of issues being addressed and they include improving visitors experience; outreach to educational facilities;developing an Explorer Scout program; and developing a series of new programs to assure sustaining funding is broadened beyond event driven revenue approaches.

Demonstration Days

On the second Saturday of each month, from April through December staff and volunteers activate the 250 year old Mill's grinding apparatus for public displays of grinding. Alongside these efforts, coeducational programs such as reenactments, blacksmithing, beekeeping, and other activities related to the historic and agricultural significance of the site help put into context the rich history of Chester County.

The Mill at Anselma preserves a 250+ year old grist mill operating as it did in 1747 and the centuries following. Beyond preserving the facility and the site Anselma Mill is dedicated to educate the general public about the role of the Mill in the evolution of the United States.

The Mill at Anselma worked with a team of 16 Executive MBA student from Drexel/Lebow University to build plans fpr Strategy & Operations, Marketing, and Fund Raising.
