Inglis Gardens at Eastwick II, which opened in February 2002, features 10 one-bedroom and 8 two-bedroom accessible apartments designed for people with physical disabilities who require wheelchairs. The apartments are for rent by low or very low income individuals with disabilities, 18 years of age or older, who can live independently. (US Department of Housing & Urban Development [HUD] qualifying requirements apply.)

Accessible features include:
- Kitchen with double door refrigerator, countertop range
- Appliances, cabinets, counters, faucets designed for wheelchair accessibility
- Hard surface floors and wide doorways with no thresholds for easier wheelchair movement
- Wheelchair accessible bathroom with roll-in shower
- Light switches and electrical receptacles at wheelchair height
Inglis Gardens at Eastwick's developer, Inglis Housing Corporation (IHC), a subsidiary of Inglis Foundation, has over 30 years of experience developing affordable, wheelchair accessible housing throughout the greater Delaware Valley. Inglis Housing Corporation is committed to meeting the needs of people with physical disabilities. All 216 IHC housing units exceed accessibility guidelines outlined in the Americans with Disabilities Act.
