Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
The Mesa Historical Museum aims to be the premier educational institution and resource for Mesa History. We aim to provide programming for children and adults alike, as well as a resource for students.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
We are working on programming aimed at elementary age students to get an in-depth look and feel for Mesa history as well as summer programs for when students don't have school.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
We have a staff of history and archaeological professionals as well as board members from various different backgrounds, including education, who are working together to create and implement various educational programs at the museum.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
We are currently in the early stages of planning our new programming but there are some new programs that we plan to implement this year specifically for school groups, boy/girl scout groups, and summer programming for kids of all ages. We hope to continue adding more and more programs.
