Child Care Payment Assistance
The agency administers child care payment programs that assist eligible parents with the cost of child care and provide a variety of support services. Families may qualify if they currently or formerly participate in CalWORKs, are part if the Foster Care system, or qualify based on family size and income. 4Cs covers the cost of care for child care providers chosen by the family.
Child Care Resource & Referral
The Resource and Referral Program at 4Cs of Alameda County serves families and childcare providers throughout Southern Alameda County with programs including: child care referrals, training and assistance
for child care providers, playgroups, and parenting classes and workshops.
Volunteer Income Tax Assistance
4Cs VITA program provides free tax preparation and filing for low-income Alameda County families and individuals
