Next Step Ministries is a nonprofit Christian organization that recruits, coordinates and supervises volunteer labor from youth groups, churches, and various other organizations to construct and repair homes, churches and buildings of disadvantaged individuals and communities. This work is carried out during a one-week mission trip to various locations across the United States. Next Step Ministries assists its participants in learning skills needed to accomplish these tasks while providing opportunities for them to grow in their personal relationship with Jesus Christ and put their faith into action.
