THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES A FUNDING VEHICLE FOR THE RELATED PARTNERS, INC. GROUP BENEFIT, MEDICAL REIMBURSEMENT AND DEPENDENT CARE ASSISTANCE PLANS (THE "PLANS"). THE PLANS ARE EMPLOYEE WELFARE BENEFIT PLANS THAT PROVIDE MEDICAL, DENTAL, VISION, LONG-TERM DISABILITY AND CAFETERIA PLAN BENEFITS TO ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES OF THE PLAN SPONSOR. THE ORGANIZATION SPENDS 100% OF ITS TIME ON THESE ACTIVITIES. THE BENEFITS PROVIDED BY THE ORGANIZATION WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THOSE ALLOWED UNDER SECTION 501(C)(9) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE AND THE REGULATIONS THEREUNDER.
