What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

Operation Launch

Working with over 300 men inside Marion Correctional Institute, we prepare them for re-entry into society. They attend personal and character development classes, including anger management, relationship skills and job preparation. Some will be certified as CDL or Food Safety Manager. Then assistance is provided with referrals to local resources in Florida; for those entering Marion County, we can help with job searches, housing, clothing and other immediate needs.

As a certified Vocational Rehabilitation Agency of the State of Florida, we provide assistance to special needs job seekers in applying for jobs and preparing for interviews. Classes include basic job-related skills, interview readiness, customer service and team work.
