THE PROGRAM ENABLES FAMILIES TO ENROLL THEIR CHILDREN IN THE PROGRAM TO GET A "HEAD START" ON LEARNING TO HELP PREPARE THEM FOR PUBLIC SCHOOL. THE EARLY HEAD START PROGRAM TARGETS INFANTS AND TODDLERS WITH SERVICES NECESSARY TO PREPARE THEM FOR THE REGULAR HEAD START PROGRAM.
