Wesley Community Services Home Care Services program is designed to keep homes clean, safe and comfortable for seniors and individuals with disabilities.

 

Wesley Communtiy Services Personal Care program provides bathing, dressing and grooming assistance.

Population(s) Served

Wesley Community Services Meals-On-Wheels program produces a variety of nutritionally balanced meals including physician prescribed Senior Choice Meals (TM) for seniors with severe kidney disease, high blood pressure or diabetes.

Wesley Community Services Medical Transportation program provides seniors and individuals with disabilities door-to-door service to doctor, hospital, or treatment appointments.
