THE ASSOCIATION ALSO BEGAN AN EXTENSIVE PROCESS TO ASSESS THE ISSUES CURRENTLY CONFRONTING THE INDUSTRY, INCLUDING ITS WORKFORCE AND EMPLOYER NEEDS, AND EVALUATING SPECIFIC ISSUES IN THE INDUSTRY BENEFIT FUNDS WHICH AFFECT EMPLOYERS AND EMPLOYEES IN THE INDUSTRY.
