ENHANCE: WHILE OPPORTUNITIES TO ENHANCE WERE SOUGHT, NO SIGNIFICANT VIABLE PROJECTS IN THIS AREA WERE COMPLETED. PROMOTE: PROVIDED 5,575 IN SMALL GRANTS TO ORGANIZATIONS TO PROMOTE LOCAL FISHING IN THE MUSKEGON AREA.
