Healthy Homes Rx
Healthy Homes Rx aims to improve local economic development, prevent home foreclosure, support home ownership, and improve health inequities for youth and elderly in the homes of District 7. Participants apply directly to the Healthy Homes Rx program. A needs assessment is facilitated to individual households for health inequities and household renovations. Home improvements are carried out by community health workers and missionaries in partnership with JSCDC. The data used from assessments generates metrics to evaluate JSCDC impact.
