Program 1
MONTHLY BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETINGS AND COMMITTEE MEETINGS ARE HELD FOR PROGRAMS, MEMBERSHIP, CHARITABLE INITIATIVE,SPONSORSHIP,IMPACT, U-CREW, FINANCE AND FOUNDATION. PROGRAMS ARE HELD FOR MEMBERS AND GUESTS TO NETWORK, EXCHANGE INFORMATION, OBTAIN EDUCATION ON VARIOUS TOPICS RELATED TO THE FIELD OF COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE, AND TO RECOGNIZE AND PROMOTE THE ADVANCEMENT OF MEMBERS IN THE FIELD OF COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE. WEEKLY COMMUNICATIONS ARE SENT TO MEMBERS WHICH INCLUDE INFORMATION ON UPCOMING EVENTS, NEWS/ANNOUNCEMENTS, MEMBER SPOTLIGHTS, AND RESOURCES AVAILABLE TO MEMBERS. THERE WERE APPROXIMATELY 116 MEMBERS AS OF THE END OF THE CURRENT YEAR.
Program 2
THE WCREW IMPACT AWARDS HIGHLIGHTS AND HONORS REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT OR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECTS THAT MEET ONE OR MORE OF THE ESTABLISHED CRITERIA: JOB CREATION, ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, INCREASED PROPERTY VALUES IN THE AREA,CREATIVE USE OR REUSE OF SPACE,NOTABLE ARCHITECTURE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT. RETURN ON INVESTMENT,AND POSITIVE IMPACT ON THE COMMUNITY. THE WOMAN OF THE YEAR AWARD IS A CELEBRATION THE ACCOMPLISHMENTS OF ONE WCREW MEMBER'S CAREER IN COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE.
Program 3
APPROXIMATELY 30 PROGRAMS WERE PLANNED FOR MEMBERS AND GUESTS TO EDUCATE THEM ON VARIOUS TOPICS RELATED TO THE FIELD OF COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE, PROVIDE NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES, AND TO PROMOTE THE FIELD OF COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE.
