Patient Support

Our support services team is dedicated to helping patients access a wide range of programs. Our team will assess you for the Sliding Fee Discount Program, and we also assist with enrollment in programs such as Medicaid, SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program), ADC (Aid to Dependent Children), Child Care Support, and Open Enrollment through the Health Insurance Exchange. If you need help, we are here to help you find it.
