Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

Annie Malone Children and Family Service Center is trying to insure all children and youth grow up in a safe and secure environment where they have the opportunity to transition from dependency to self sufficency, without the social and emotional suffering that comes with a childhood of memories of abuse, neglect and other forms of child maltreatment.

Annie Malone Children and Family Service Centers strategies to reach our goal are:

1) Develop a strong Board of Directors for Governance
2) Develop a strong Administrative Infrastructure, which includes fundraising to make sure the agency has the necessary resources to carry out its mission.
3) Make sure all agency programs are using "Best Practices" or Evidence Based Practices in order to positively impact the clients we serve.
4) Make sure our Performance Quality Improvement (PQI) process tracks and measures required outcomes and provide said information to our stakeholders.

AMCFSC current capabilities for carrying out our mission is good. We are constantly building our infrastructure, adding strong board members and developing best practices in our programs.

We are seeking to fill gaps in our expertise areas of finance, HR and Strategic planning on our Board of Directors.

AMCFSC is going through a period of transition and we are re-establishing our agency infrastructire. We are in the process of moving from outsourcing our Accounting Services to hiring a "Controller." Our Board of Directors and staff are in a constant state of development and planning.

We are currently in the process of developing the Strategic Plan for the next three years of operation.
