We inspire girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running. We envision a world where every girl knows and activates her limitless potential and is free to boldly pursue her dreams. Simply put, we believe that every girl can embrace who she is, can define who she wants to be, can rise to any challenge, can change the world.

Girls on the Run

Our mission is to inspire girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running. Our research-based, positive youth development program utilizes proven curriculum based in social-emotional learning (SEL) to deliver skills in building self-confidence, positive self-talk, managing emotions, navigating difficult conversations, standing up to bullying, helping others, and more. Combined with team running activities to introduce physical fitness and reinforce lessons from the curriculum, we empower each girl to activate her limitless potential.
