Goals & Strategy

Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

Dramatically increase life release rates from participating shelters who euthanize for space.
Decrease shelter intake due to pet overpopulation by providing free or low-cost spay/neutering.
Decrease shelter intake by community "sheltering in place" in which families shelter their dogs and cats in need of rehoming while we assist in preparing the pets for adoption and then adopting them out.

Continue growth of shelter collaboration activities.
Seek more funding for spay/neuter of community animals.
Increase community outreach and volunteerism toward these goals.

We adopt out thousands of shelter animals annually; collaboration with government and nonprofit shelters makes this possible.
We have access to low-cost spay/neutering services which we can make available for the community.
We have strategic adoption partner relationships with companies such as PetSmart and Petco, in which stores we hold numerous adoption events every weekend.

We have grown rapidly by collaboration.
The shelters with whom we collaborate have not yet reached full no-kill status - but we are moving toward this through substantially increased live release rates.
