Our goals as defined in our 2020 Strategic Plan is to strengthen Advancing Macomb's organizational capacity, empower community development, and build a culture of philanthropy within Macomb County.

What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
Our strongest asset is the collective leadership, business expertise and network of our exceptional and dedicated Board of Directors and staff. Our regional connections, skilled employee volunteers, and diverse skills and perspectives provide the resources needed to connect high-impact solutions to community challenges. This collective resource armed with a three year outcome driven Strategic Plan, makes Advancing Macomb well positioned to bring necessary leadership and collaboration to the communities of Macomb County.
