Program 1

Progressive Change CDC serves as a fiscal sponsor for the Safe Corridors Grant Program - which provided free security cameras for residents and businesses in high crime areas. This program supporting general community public safety giving tools to residents to actively police and patrol their own communities. Residents that uncovered criminal activity could then report to law enforcement, making enforcement in communities driven by residents.

Progressive Change CDC served as the community education partner for the Fourth District Container Village, a retail mall made of refurbished freight shipping containers that houses early-stage, low income small businesses. Progressive Change will provide community education programming at the center to increase traffic and provide community resources to the surrounding community.
