Mission

The Nest provides transitional housing for women with children and provides supportive services in parenting, nutrition, job, education and life skills. However, prior to this fiscal year the organization stopped providing services upon realizing that the women who where housed at the Nest needed additional services that organization was not prepared to provide. These including drug and alcohol counseling, and providing more of a lock down situation for the women.

Program 1

Prior to this fiscal year, The Nest ceased to provide services to women and children as the organization realized that the women it was serving need additional services that were not part of the orniginal mission of The Nest. These include providing a lock down situation for the women, and providing drug and alcohol counseling. The expenses for the fiscal year including utilities, taxes and travel for staff training at conferences concerning healthy parenting.
