What we aim to solve
We work to address the problem of drug and alcohol addiction that is so rampant in today's society. We focus on helping adult women. We not only want to see them become free of the bondage of drugs and alcohol, but we also want to see them begin to glorify, honor and serve God through Jesus Christ.

Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
Our passion is to help women be free of the destructive habits that have led them to use drugs and alcohol; to see them learn to live in such a way that they can restore broken relationships with friends, families and their kids. We want to help them be free of the bondage they're under and ultimately to see them come to a true, saving faith in Jesus Christ. We want them to become part of a supportive, accountable fellowship of people who will continue to walk alongside them in their recovery from any addiction. We aim to help them learn how to be Godly wives, Mothers, Sisters, etc. and to be able to share their experience and the gospel of Christ with those who are still suffering in active addiction.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
We accomplish our vision by equipping our residents through teaching, mentoring, counseling, recovery & relapse prevention, and discipleship. We will help them to do this for the glory of God. Our curriculum focuses on more than just the addiction. We cover a wide variety of topics that ultimately led them to use drugs and alcohol in the first place, so that they may gain a better understanding and be able to prevent relapse back into substance abuse. We have many women mentors and volunteers that are willing to walk beside these ladies throughout their whole program time here, as well as beyond successful completion of the program. We teach them to practice accountability to another person and ultimately to God, which further displaces future substance use.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
We are a long term treatment facility, this gives us the time needed to really speak into a ladies life to help accomplish their goals of recovery. We have a staff of people who take this responsibility very serious as most of them are graduated themselves. By hiring graduates to help operate our facility we are hiring ladies that completely understand what a new resident is going through and what they need to help them be successful. We also have a group of counselors that have all been trained in counseling and specifically addiction counseling so that they are equipped to handle issues that come in counseling. We have a very intense set of curriculum that is tailored to the needs of women with addiction issues as well as the issues that led to the using drug or alcohol in the first place.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
Our program is fully staffed and has a good number of mentors and counselors. We run at full capacity on average (12 residents) and have a good success rate. We have been in operations for 5 years and have grown in residents, staff, volunteers etc, ever since we opened. Of all the ladies that have graduated our program we estimate around a 70% success rate. We rate this by how well they have done since graduating the program. We look at drug use at their present time, their employment, have they been re-arrested at any point since graduation, how have they progressed with restoring relationships with family.
