Domestic Sex Trafficking 101

An introductory course on domestic sex trafficking in the U.S. & locally. It equips individuals to identify and report sex trafficking in a safe and effective manner. This training is ideal for any group looking to learn more about sex trafficking in their community and how to be involved in the abolition movement.

Population(s) Served

An exhaustive resource to equip any adult with youth in their life (parents, grandparents, youth leaders, children’s service providers, etc.) to identify the red flags during the recruitment, grooming and seasoning phases of sex trafficking. These skills enable them to protect the adolescents in their lives by offering practical tools such as social media monitoring and conversation starters.

Designed by educators for ages 11-16. This interactive program teaches youth the 3 phases of sex trafficking, what they look like and how to respond if encountered.

FREEus, is pioneered on feedback from survivors, community partners, outreach experience, and the raw innovation of volunteers within the organization. In a nutshell, FREEus reaches victims where they are while equipping the community with education and resource materials to combat the issue.
