What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Christmas Wishes
Annual December event for the youth where food is provided along with gift cards and gifts for the youth and their children.
Quarterly Youth Meetings
Meetings for the youth held once per quarter where they are fed and listen to a guest speaker regarding life skills. Bus passes and gift cards are also provided.
Graduation Celebration
Annual picnic to recognize educational accomplishments for youth graduating from high school, technical school or college. Food and gifts are provided.
Second Chance Scholarship
Scholarship to give former foster youth that have aged out of the custody of the state another opportunity to return to college and further their education. The funds are used to pay off delinquent accounts at post-secondary institutions so they can return to school. Funds are also used to assist with books and technology needs. The goal is to help these youth reach their educational goals and become productive members of our community.

- We disaggregate data to adjust programming goals to keep pace with changing needs of the communities we support.
- We seek individuals from various race backgrounds for board and executive director/CEO positions within our organization.
- We have community representation at the board level, either on the board itself or through a community advisory board.
