Our mission at Glam U is to empower and uplift girls, igniting their inner radiance and guiding them towards fulfilling their unique purpose. Through our transformative programs, we foster personal growth, cultivate self-esteem, and instill confidence, all while providing a platform for girls to embrace their individuality. Glam Girl Program

The Glam Girl Program is an empowering and comprehensive personal development experience for BIPOC girls. The program combines open discussions, journaling, interactive activities, and modeling lessons to foster self-awareness, self-love, self-expression, positive self-talk, and healthy friendships. By integrating these personal development topics with the excitement of modeling lessons, Glam U creates a unique and enjoyable experience for participants.
The Glam Girl Program operates as an after-school program through local school partnerships in New Orleans, LA. Participants are encouraged to step out of their comfort zones, as they engage in thought-provoking activities that challenge them to expand their self-development effectively in a fun and safe space. Ultimately, Glam U aims to create a transformative experience that nurtures inner beauty, self-esteem, and personal growth in each participant, inspiring them to embrace their true potential and walk confidently in their purpose.

The Glambassador Program is an exclusive brand ambassador modeling initiative designed for girls who are passionate about modeling and want to make a positive impact in their communities. Aligned with the mission and vision of Glam U, this program provides participants with a platform to learn essential modeling techniques while representing and promoting the values and purpose of Glam U.

Glambassadors are the epitome of Glam Girls, embodying the essence of confidence, individuality, and empowerment. Their primary role is to raise awareness about Glam U's mission of inspiring girls to walk in their purpose. Through a diverse range of roles and activities, Glambassadors become the face and voice of Glam U, engaging with the community and spreading the message of self-esteem and inner beauty.
