ENGAGE
Providing social experiences for adults with disabilities that reduce social isolation and improve quality of life.
WORK
Providing job skills training designed for adults with disabilities to empower them to obtain integrated, competitive community employment.
LIVE
The Ken Anderson Alliance community will be a setting where adults with developmental disabilities can realize their full potential in a safe, affordable, caring, integrated, and supportive environment. We believe choice is important. We seek to provide residents with a comfortable transition from living with parents or loved ones to building a new life of their own.

What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
KAA's goal is to enhance and increase intentional 'choices' for adults with disabilities. Choices for work, socialize, and live!
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
Creating work opportunities like aqua/hydro ponics! Building a community that provides safety, support, and inclusion for the inhabitants.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
People and foundations that have the talent and resources to achieve our goals!
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
Presently we provide day and evening events that allow our adults be active in the community.\nPurchased 22 acres and hired an architect for our community.\nCreated (5-7) jobs through O2/Urban farms (a KAA entity) using aquaponics technology to grow lettuce.
