Mission

Along Came A Rescue Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charity dedicated to rescuing dogs and cats from abusive or neglectful situations, and high-kill shelters in North Georgia. We are helping the community by reducing the stray population, allowing owners to surrender their animals when they can no longer care for them, and by educating people about the benefits of spaying and neutering their animals. We ensure that all cats and dogs are sterilized, up to date on their vaccinations as well as microchipped before being adopted. We rely solely on public donations, volunteers and trained fosters to provide for the animals in need.
