Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
It is our goal at Radiant Hope to support the local cancer community. Through our programs and walking with individuals we hope to provide a vision of Hope in they midst of their cancer journey. We Strive to be the areas central hub for cancer support. When you are diagnosed or someone in your family is, we hope to be the place that you come and we connect. When connecting with you we want to come along side of you in an all encompassing way. No one wants to hear the word cancer, and no one should walk this journey alone.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
First we want to send you one of our anonymous care packages. This is our seed planter. This packages is prayed over and send to caregivers and survivors in their journey. This starts a pathway to connect with individuals. After this packages we may meet you at the hospital, meet you in a support group, invite you to come to our community center to get resources, meet others, find support, and connect to one of our many programs.
We take family photos for families in a cancer journey
We send families on respite weekends away to create memories and find rest
We have a holiday hope program that supports families with an active parent in treatment over the holiday and fulfills needs and wishes for the family
We have a community center where support groups take place, community is found, and everyone has a place
We fill our boxes through community pack events all over central PA
We send our water bottles with gifts to infusion and doctors offices in local hospitals
