Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Program 1
Awarded 9 student fellowships/grants. AEF Awards summer fellowship scholarships and grants each year to law students from around the nation. The primary purpose of the fellowships is to fund a students internship within the public interest sector that benefits either metropolitan Washington, D.C. community-at-large and/or the Asian Pacific American Community.
Program 2
Conferences - Hosted in-person conference to bring together judges and former clerks to provide minority law students information about clerkships and internships in a wide range of tribunals - appellate, trial, federal, state and administrative.
Program 3
Networking and Mentoring Events - Facilitate interactions between mentors and mentees through a variety of educational programming events during the academic year. Events include mentorship networking, ice cream social, happy hours and dinners.
