Mission

The National Cryptologic Museum Foundation (NCMF) was founded in 1996. Our founding mission was to educate the public on the importance of cryptology in supporting the protection of their data and the defense of our nation. That mission has since broadened to include a robust cyber education program targeting grades 6-12 that supports STEM education via cybersecurity.
